Candidate Comparison
We're developing a feature that allows employers to compare multiple candidates side by side for the same job. From the search or saved candidates page, employers can select two or more candidates to compare against a single job description. The interface, similar to a file compare tool, will display candidates' profiles side by side for easy evaluation. Employers can then use the AI chatbot to ask specific questions, comparing the technical skills and other qualifications of the candidates. This feature aims to provide a more comprehensive and nuanced understanding of how each candidate stacks up in relation to a specific role.
